ABOUT THE PROJECT

Proposed to develop existing site into a multi-modal logistics hub (“Hub”), integrating land; rail, water and air transportation at western part of China. The Hub will consist of a two (2) storey ramp-up warehouses with parking facility, one (1) block of 4-storey building for finance, IT and office support businesses. Strategically located at the heart of Chongqing’s Yufu Industrial Park in Liangjiang New District. Close proximity to major highways; rail networks; ports and bonded zone.
